Lil's Gym Stuff
So yesterday at work, there was a woman I served and we got chatting and she mentioned about going to the gym and yada yada...anyway. Turns out she's been doing the Slim.Fast diet for the past 3 months and has lost 2 stone. That's a LOT. And she looked amazing. Told me what she did and told me to go onto the Slim.Fast website and register there and it helps you out. So last night I did just that! And this morning I went into town and bought enough Slim.Fast stuff for a week. My meals will go like this:|
Breakfast: Slim.Fast Smoothie
Lunch: Slim.Fast Milkshake
Snack (in my tea-break at work): Slim.Fast cerial bar
Dinner: Normal dinner at home.
I've decided i'm not going to do it as a long-term thing. Just for a month or so to kickstart it all alongside the gym. Then i'll start slowly introducing 'normal' meals in and keeping up with the gym so that I continue to lose weight.
Am starting to see the results from all the time at the gym. My thighs are thinner and my ring is looser. So yey :D I am so excited to see that it's all finally paying off! I really really really want to be a 16/18 in time for Dublin next month. I want to be able to get clothes in 'normal' shops and not just specialist ones. And I don't want to be sweating all the time. That is my aim.
